l y a 3 semaines la télévision officielle de l’Autorité palestinienne rendait hommage à un terroriste qui avait tué à Itamar en 2002, en faisant un modèle à suivre..
« Un hommage rendu par l’Autorité palestinienne dans une vidéo à la Télévision aux « Martyrs, » il y a trois semaines incluait le terroriste qui avait tué trois Israéliens dans une attaque terroriste en 2002 dans la ville d’Itamar en Cisjordanie. Itamar qui a été la scène d’une attaque terroriste ce vendredi, et au cours de laquelle Ruth et Udi Fogel et trois enfants de leurs enfants ont été assassinés.
La vidéo a été diffusée en l’honneur de l’anniversaire de la création du FDLP (Front Démocratique pour la Libération de la Palestine) et a été diffusée quotidiennement, plusieurs fois par jour, pendant quatre jours par la télévision officielle de l’Autorité palestinienne. Elle présentait un collage de photographies intitulé « Martyrs (shahids) du Front Démocratique pour la Libération de la Palestine à Naplouse. » Il incluait la photo du terroriste Habash Hanani, qui, en mai 2002, est entré à Itamar et a assassiné trois élèves de l’école secondaire locale. »
D’autres photos présentaient d’autres terroristes ayant commis plusieurs attentats sanglants, donnés ainsi en exemple par l’Autorité palestinienne. On se souvient, notamment, de la prise d’otage dans une école de Maalot qui s’était soldée par l’assassinat de plus d’une vingtaine de personnes, la plupart étant des enfants. Les terroristes ayant perpétré ce massacre étaient mis à l’honneur....

A Palestinian Authority video TV tribute to « Martyrs » three weeks ago included the terrorist who killed three Israelis in a 2002 terror attack in the West Bank town of Itamar. Itamar was the scene of Friday’s terror attack, in which Ruth and Udi Fogel and their three children were murdered.

The video was in honor of the anniversary of the founding of the DFLP (Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine), and was broadcast on PA TV several times daily for four days. It featured a collage with photographs labeled « Martyrs (Shahids) of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Nablus. » It included the picture of terrorist Habash Hanani, who in May 2002 entered Itamar and murdered three students in the local high school. PA TV glorified additional terrorists with photographs, including Ahmad Yasser, who carried out a shooting attack in the town of Yitzhar in June 2002, injuring three soldiers (shown at lower left corner of PA TV collage above), and Hani Al-Akad, who in 2004 recruited female suicide terrorists and planned a double suicide attack in Tel Aviv (holding a machine gun, shown at upper right of PA TV collage above.)
Another photo collage in the video labeled « Heroes of the special operations in northern Palestine » showed 16 photographs of DFLP members from the past posing with weapons, some dressed in military uniforms, others making V-signs.
The DFLP has carried out several terror attacks in the north :
- The 1970 attack on a school bus near the town of Avivim in which 12 Israelis were killed, including nine children ;
- The 1974 attack in the town of Ma’alot in which more than 20 people were killed, most of them children, when terrorists took them hostage in a school.
- A 1974 attack in the town Beit Shean in which four Israelis were killed.
